      My spirit name is Helena Maman

I began singing and playing recorder from the age of 4 and piano aged 7.

I composed music in my early childhood and adored singing with choirs and would often sing solos along with my favourite solo artists at the time, Streisand, Judy Garland, Ella Fitzgerald to name but a few....

Then in my late twenties I was introduced to Grand Opera. I remember all the popular Grand Opera duets solos and operetta seemed all so familiar to me - instantly I could sing along - obviously cellular memory was triggered and outpoured memory of this Quantum sound.

In 1991 I met my now husband John von Nuding and we created a touring opera company called First Act Opera International www.firstactopera.co.uk and within 2 years I was performing on stage in concert and chamber operas alongside other artists in international settings. It felt like all my dreams had come true, from appearing in opera/operetta and musical theatre wearing period costume, ball gowns, wigs and feather boas to playing the role of an Angelic Being in “Joe Carpenter” a Nativity Opera written for and performed with children in a Rochester Cathedral and theatres.

We travelled all over the world performing in the UK, Hong Kong, America including New York, China including Beijing , France, Holland, Belgium and Jersey in theatres, palaces and stately homes & gardens. We specialised in intimate chamber performances where our audiences were in very close proximity to the artists and orchestra  - an interactive experience for all parties.Then in 2001 it all changed for me...

‘the Harmonic Concordance’

Sound began to take on a different journey and meaning for me. I have always been extremely sensitive to my surroundings, spaces, places and how others may be feeling.

I became drawn to Sacred Sound with baroque music and began to take more notice of how certain singers had overwhelming effects on their audiences and my own reaction to both my own sound and the vibratory sound of other individual artists. Jacqueline du Pre and outstanding cello player who died very young would fill my whole essence with an overwhelming feeling of LOVE which was transmitted through the vibration of her playing. She could cause a shift my awareness into ALL THAT IS and I came the closet to a God Source that I had ever known in this lifetime.

Many times during solo opera performances I would be drawn to sing directly to those members of the audience who were going through life changing events and even in the stages of illness or bereavement. Friends or colleagues of these individuals would say to me “ How did you know she was suffering from breast cancer ?......she has been so uplifted by the whole experience”. or

“How did you know his wife had just died - did someone tell you ?...” “did you intentionally choose to sing directly to them?”

There was a drawing into their energy for different reasons and when I sang, compassion filled my whole heart and being which I intentionally transferred to them through the sound of my voice. Of course, it was always up to them as individuals as to how they responded to this sound or love frequency transmission so to speak. We all have choice in our responses.

Becoming even more sensitive and aware of my surroundings and to all those around me, I seemed to be aware of a holographic field of energy surrounding my own self and that of others. I noticed that I was receiving sensory information from the field of others through the Sound of their Voice.

The Sound of the Voice carries a powerful vibration and can be used for self healing and holding space enabling others to heal themselves. For those who are tuned into higher frequencies of sound we are able to receive holographic or super sensory information regarding the wellbeing of others and what may be spiritually causing disharmony in their bodies or fields.

We all have free will, and can choose to accept the resonances of frequency vibration + intent which transfers from the sound transmitter i.e. the vocalist, artist, and instrument. Their consciousness and frequency melds with the sound produced and is projected through their field of awareness to others. This is why many artists love to work with ancient or instruments which have been played by accomplished artists or those who produced the sounding vehicle i.e. A Tibetan Bowl which has been chanted into by a high vibrational Lama. Everything contains energy consciousness and sound. All respond with each other.

NOW I use my own natural sound alongside other natural instruments and other facilitators of sound like Tibetan Bowls, Singing Crystal Bowls, Chinese Chao and Wind Gongs, Native American Drums, Tingshaws, Bells, Rain Sticks  and Sea Waves sound.

Most recently other channelled beings enter my field and work with me transferring healing energy and sound frequencies. These high vibrational beings open doors to higher realms of consciousness. The sound emissions through my voice carries a high frequency of LOVE which can enable Transformation and Healing in self and others should they wish to open their own hearts to a higher vibration of Love and Compassion and a higher state of Awareness. It can also open doorways to  higher consciousness cellular memory of  OTHER LIVES where ATTRIBUTES may need to be brought forward or heal blockages without the need for mental interaction as Sound is energy and supersedes our mental capacity and going right to the heart of the energetic issue or blockage. For one of my clients her Asthma just disappeared ... it could be she said that she no longer required this manifestation of disharmony in her body as she came closer to her own state of God Self - feeling more at peace and harmony with herself and therefore the world.

All of the above can be facilitators for both the receiver and transmitter to shift our frequencies, vibration and consciousness into higher states of awareness. This use of sound can open doorways into other realms of consciousness where we can encourage and enable our own state of well being.

Your own higher states of awareness can offer guidance both from your own higher self and other guides from other dimensions who can come forward to further enable your own evolvement and that of others.

Sound Healing returns the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body and soul to a state of Wholeness or Divine Being or

Holy - ness where we return to our HOLY BEING-NESS.

Sound creates the transformation of  blocked energy or disease to a state of harmony and well being in the body. All memory is held at an energetic cellular level in the body.

Remember we are over 75% water and when we change the molecular structure of water to a crystalline energy of love and gratitude just imagine the benefits that water carries throughout the whole of our systems.

Sacred Sound is just one of the vehicles available to us to raise our own frequencies and vibrations.
