Toning & Chanting

Toning and chanting and sound meditation are ancient techniques that are used for healing (self and others), energising, relaxing, and creating higher states of awareness.

The technique is simple but requires regular practice to be effective.

           How can this work for you: -

You can Tone and Chant which facilitates the tuning in the sound of your own voice by using breath and toning vowel sounds or mantras

You can make a connection with that powerful part of you - your signature sound

You can use Toning as one of the ways to heal imbalances in your chakras or energy centres and enables you to Tune into you I AM PRESENCE

You can use the sound of your voice to connect to Guides and Masters and Your Higher Self.

You can become aware of the use of Angelic Codes, Angelic Invocations through Chanting which can be used to create gateways to the higher realms, and higher dimensions of consciousness.

You can move out of Beta state, into Alpha state or moving out of the mental mind into a calmer state of being where daily pressure can be released and TRANSMUTED.

You can open your heart chakra through Sound Healing to reveal your true Divinity and move into 5th density awareness.

You can open the 8th Chakra portal to cosmic Universal Intelligence and align with Unity Consciousness.

You can use your Sacred Voice to bring forward higher dimensional healers and Shamans to share their frequency of Ancient Wisdom.

You can use Sacred Sound to facilitate your own higher dimensional  awareness and access to the Akashic Records. The Akashic Records are the energetic imprints and storehouse of all of the lives you have ever experienced.

In my understanding this is one of the ways I have made my own personal connection to the Akashic records where I see a holographic film and receive the Language of Light impressions of the Akosh.

Thank you so much Elaine for the wonderful sound healing session last week.

The vibration of the gongs sent waves of ripples through my body, dispersing residual matter that no longer belonged, clearing the way for the indescribable beauty of sound that emanated from the crystal bowls and eventually, Elaine's voice.  The sound flowed around and into my being, raising my vibration to where, even in meditation, I had not been to before.  I was transported far, far away and yet, somehow, I went deep within as well. I felt up-lifted, literally lifted up -- it felt like beyond the Angelic Realms -- into a space and time that we as human beings have been unable to access until recent times.  Elaine's singing voice held a vibration of purity and limitless love that, had I not been in this heightened state, would have sent shivers up and down my whole being.  Instead I felt carried and held as I flowed with the raised vibration and allowed for where it took me. 

As I look back on the sound healing I now understand that this was, for me, the catalyst for the most profound healing of all.  Three months down the road I am where I have never been before.
I have clarity.  I am whole.  I am complete.  I am at one with myself and my life.

Although I wasn't aware of much at the time, other than a beautiful serenity which itself was priceless, I have been noticing how much more open all my energy body feels since the session.

It's like the difference between seeing a landscape with shortsighted vision and then putting on glasses. Everything has much more definition, feels somehow sharper and I have experienced moments of profound inner unity during meditation and a lighter, smilier feeling during the day. Whereas I felt bogged down, confused, frustrated and like I was making my way through molasses.

I now feel as though doors have been flung wide open into a world where ease, love and grace are the key elements. Namaste

Sound Concert

At the recent Sacred Sound Concert in Norwich.

I was immediately aware of how much more sensitive I was to the sounds and instead of battling with my mind, was able, at last!, to just let myself go into the beautiful and revealing experiences.
Healing this way feels so easy, and I know that is testament to your skill, dedication and love.

I recently came to a sound concert  in which I found the different sound resonances brought a flow of different energies aligning me to my centre and raising my awareness for an amazing personal experience.

Wow, what an amazing experience - I felt like my whole body had been lifted out of the physical and into the ethers. My light body could dance and sing along with the group whilst feeling wrapped in love and kindness. Celestial beings surrounded us all allowing us to feel safe, nurtured and energised. I often felt close to tears by the whole experience, releasing any old stuff into the universe that no longer serves me. Much quicker than months of therapy.

A beautiful experience, not to be missed....

Why did feel all those sounds seem to be so familiar to me. I felt that perhaps I’ve heard them in some other place before. Like I had returned home wherever that is......

My body seemed to need to dance along especially with the didgeridoo. The Gongs sound is so intense and yet so clearing, leaving you energised. And that voice, where was that sound from - I can only assume higher beings or angelic sounds which just left me feeling so deeply loved and in touch with a deeper part of me. It was lovely to be surrounded by such beautiful people in the physical as well  - all with the same interest in sacred sound & music.

Whenever I need to feel this experience, I just go back into the memory of the concert and I am there again in that space and time where all is just LOVE....... Bliss
